Please read this waiver carefully before registering for a demo boat 

1. Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the demo boat program, I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following:

• Release of Liability: I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Consult Design Create Ltd. (the "Company"), its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages (including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, property damage, and economic loss) arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the demo boat program, regardless of the cause or nature of such claim or loss.

• Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge and understand that paddling carries inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury, death, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the demo boat program.

• Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the demo boat program.

2. Medical Conditions:

I certify that I am in good health and physically fit to participate in the demo boat program. I will not participate if I have any medical conditions that could put me at risk.

3. Equipment Usage:

I agree to use the demo boat in a safe and responsible manner, following all instructions provided by the Company representatives. I will wear a personal flotation device (PFD) at all times while in the boat.

4. Marketing Opt-In (GDPR Compliant):

I agree to receive marketing communications from Consult Design Create Ltd. about future events, products, and promotions. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails. We will treat your personal information with care and respect in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://consultdesigncreate.co.uk/privacy-policy).

5. Photo Release (UK Law):

I grant the Company the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and exhibit, in whole or in part, any photographs or videos taken of me during the Event, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to marketing and promotional materials. This includes the right to alter or modify such photographs or videos.

6. Registration Confirmation:

By registering for a demo boat, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and consent form and agree to be bound by its term
